Our Story

Everything started with one sentence I kept hearing: companies only do a good job the first time. At the time, I was helping a friend with house cleanings, and during visits to new clients I noticed the same pattern. Most people already had cleaning services before, but they were disappointed. Different cleaners every visit, no-shows, untrained staff and the feeling that no one truly listened.

I decided to test other companies myself and faced the same issues. That was the moment I realized something had to change. In 2017 I quit and created R and P with my husband. In the beginning we didn’t have many clients, but we had purpose and commitment.

Two years later our schedule was full. New requests kept coming and I understood what God was showing me. We needed to train people to listen the same way I always did. Today, five years later, we care for more than 250 clients with seven amazing crews who share the same values.

R and P was born from listening, honesty and consistency. And that is still who we are.
